Exploring Jesuit Life Weekend

27th - 29th September 2013, Loyola Hall, Warrington Rd, Rainhill, Merseyside, L35 6NZ

A weekend for those who would like to find out more about the Jesuits and their mission in the Church. We will look at the life of St. Ignatius Loyola, delve into aspects of Jesuit spirituality and explore the particular contribution that the Society of Jesus makes to the life of the Church.

 

Compass and Compass North West

9 Weekends from Sept to June at Worth Abbey, Sussex or 4 weekends at Katherine House, Salford

A programme for those, aged 20- 35, who are exploring a vocation to life in a religious order whether as a nun, monk, brother, sister or priest. Through their residential weekends and Holy Week retreat, Compass and Compass NW help men and women explore where God is calling them in life.

Weeks of Guided Prayer in Universities

Academic year October - June

A Sunday to Friday experience of retreat in the midst of your daily student life, these University weeks of Guided prayer are a wonderful way to explore new ways of praying, to deepen your relationship with God and also to meet others who are seeking to grow in their faith. Jesuit Volunteer Community summer programme

August 2013

The JVC Summer Programme lasts for four weeks in August. Volunteers work in inner-city projects, live in community, work toward social justice, lead a simple lifestyle and explore spirituality. The Programme is normally based in Manchester and/or Birmingham.
